Welcome to precision pilates!
My name is Lee Melamed. I am a certified Pilates instructor, and I am passionate about sharing my love of pilates with students of all ages, fitness levels, and body types.
My teaching focuses on precise muscle movements based on the biomechanics of the body. I believe that the precision it takes to execute a perfect Pilates practice can truly transform bodies of all types, toning muscles to create a longer and leaner body from head to toe.
